Meet Me at Higo exhibits
Meet Me at Higo: An Enduring Story of a Japanese American Family Designed on-site (at the Wing Luke) and traveling exhibits, as well as a permanent exhibit at the Kobo at Higo shop. The exhibits explore the lives of Japanese immigrants the Murakamis, their children and the store their world revolved around. The story of the Murakami family gives voice to the entire Japanese American community in Seattle from immigration, to the internment camps of WWII, to the present day and everything in between.
